On Tuesday September 01, the Stanford Libraries Science and Engineering Group hosted a one-hour information session for new graduate students in the STEM disciplines. The services of the Libraries, and an introduction to the people involved, were on the agenda.
A recording for the event is available at this link. The content is available to all members of the Stanford community who would like to know more about our services. Please say hello to us! We are excited to welcome you for the 2020-2021 Academic Year.
Over the course of the 2009-2010 academic year, Stanford’s Memorial Church celebrated the 25th anniversary of the majestic Fisk-Nanney organ with a series of recitals by University Organist Robert Huw Morgan. The complete organ works of Johann Sebastian Bach were presented in fourteen recitals, with commentary by Dr. Huw Morgan.
The following is an interview with Mario Pamplona, Operations Manager for Library Privileges at Stanford Libraries. Mario has collaborated with Stanford Archives over the past several months on the development of LibGuides, including the recently published Black Students at Stanford University LibGuide.
