Requesting books/items from libraries on main campus

If you need to request a book from campus, please follow these steps. This process has recently changed, as we are no longer your intermediary for books coming from main campus. You should now request books through this process.

1. Check searchworks.stanford.edu to see if the book has a 'Request' button. If yes, use it.

2. If the 'Request' button is missing, please email us your request at HMS-Library 'at' lists.stanford.edu, or stop by the library. All we need is the title and author, or a direct link (URL) to the book in SearchWorks.
