I support the HR Operations for Stanford University Libraries, an organization of 12+ branch libraries, serving a large student, faculty, research, and teaching community with diverse academic interests. The HR Operations support the Libraries’ strategic vision and mission in its core value proposition to the leadership team and staff. The evolution of the HR discipline gave credence to the fact that people are an organization’s most important resource and asset.
