I am focused on observing and analyzing library user behavior and feedback, working with talented user-facing and technical teams to improve services both inside the library and online, and generally doing my best to create a helpful, informative, organized and user friendly environment. 

As part of the Digital Library Product & Services Management team, I work to ensure a holistic approach to delivering sustainable technology-based services for library patrons,  particularly in the areas of discovery and access.  Much of my time is devoted to defining and prioritizing improvements to SearchWorks, the library website and other user-facing applications administered by DLSS.  My goal is to apply user centered approaches to understand and improve the patron experience, collaborate with colleagues to design and develop high quality services, analyze workflows and processes to ensure effective and efficient management of data and inventory, and continually seek out opportunities to adopt innovative technologies to enhance library resource discovery and access.
